Your purchase

ScopeGuard Core is a browser-based scope-control product offered only for business and professional use by freelancers, consultants, studios and agencies. Launch price — €49 one-time. There is no subscription. Your purchase provides access to the current ScopeGuard Core product under these terms; it does not promise perpetual hosting, every future product, or an unlimited period of future updates.

The seller is an atypical VAT taxable person in Slovenia and is not registered under the regular VAT charging regime.

Access and local projects

Your signed access key has no built-in expiry. Keep it private and save a copy. You can restore access in another browser with the key, subject to payment verification. Molvor does not provide an account-based key vault. If you lose the key, contact support with your purchase date and Stripe receipt reference for manual payment-verified recovery. Recovery is sent only after verification against the recorded purchaser email. Never send card details. Browser access lasts up to 30 days before restoration is needed. An internet connection and successful payment verification are required for access checks.

Projects are stored locally in your browser. There is no cloud project synchronization. Your key restores access, not projects. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing, or losing your device can lose local data. Keep copies of important project outputs.

Use and limitations

Use the product lawfully. Do not sell or publicly share your access key. ScopeGuard provides business workflow and communication resources, not legal advice or a guarantee of client approval, payment, or commercial results.

Refunds and access

Refunded or disputed payments do not provide valid access. The current verification rejects any refunded amount, including a partial refund. Local project data is not deleted by this check. See the refund policy. Nothing here excludes mandatory or statutory rights that apply to your purchase. Business-use positioning does not itself remove legal rights.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by Slovenian law. This choice does not exclude or limit mandatory applicable legal rights or rules, including any protections that cannot lawfully be waived. No exclusive court jurisdiction is specified in these terms; applicable jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
